Shipping and Returns

Please see if we are an approved vendor at the facility your package is shipping to, before ordering.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAPPROVED PACKAGES FOR DISSAPPROVED VENDOR - REFUNDS FOR REJECTED PACKAGES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE CASSETTE CORNER.

 

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED 7-10 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED

 

 

If we delivered an order to an Inmate that was incorrect, we will correct the issue and reship the order to an Inmate at no cost to a loved one or an Inmate. If an Inmate has loss of privileges or if he/she are not able to receive a package after we shipped a package to an Inmate, we will hold the package until the Inmate is off Loss of Privileges, and when he/she is back on privileges again, we will immediately reship the order to the Inmate. We will not refund you because an Inmatehas a loss of privileges.

 

If a package is unacceptable, not allowed as delivered, or refused for any reason by a correctional facility, we will not issue a refund until after we have received the package back in good condition at our production studio address from the correctional facility. Many correctional facilities require items being delivered a particular way, and most of the time we do meet their requirements; however some correctional facilities will require more packaging for an order to be delivered, and will usually notify us of that packaging requirement when they return the package to us. All customers are required to allow the package to return back to our production studio before requesting a refund.

 

All customized orders are not refundable.

 

We will only consider a refund to any loved one and/or an Inmate when an order cannot be corrected by us for a correctional facility. If you made your payment by electronic payment online, or through any service requiring electronic services, and you make an attempt to dispute, chargeback or request a refund from our service provider, you will lose odering priviliges for our company.

 

Refunds are not allowed, however we will consider refunding any customer once an order has been redelivered back to us and we have been properly notified by the correctional facility why an order is being returned. If we cannot correct the matter for whatever reason, we will refund you promptly within 10-14 business days from the date that we receive notification of the problem or the order returned back to our production studio. Anyone making false refund requests to our electronic funds provider will risk theft charges being filed against you should you fail to allow us to rectify an order dispute, receive an order back from a correctional facility that may have been refused, unaccepted or not delivered as addressed.
